Applications and Approvals

Associated with any design/build project are the necessary applications and approvals.

For commercial/industrial projects, they may include municipal permits, provincial permits, Site Plan Approvals, Building Permits, Development Agreements, etc.

For Airport related buildings there are typically additional applications/approvals required such as the Airport Authority Facility Alterations Permit (FAP), NAVCAN, Transport Canada, etc.

In all cases, Sec & Co. provides properly formatted submissions as part of the turn-key project so you can concentrate your time and efforts on your business.
